Step 2: Share your dreams/inspirations/goals in the comments section (not more than 25 words) by 3rd March 2023, 11:59 pm.

Step 3: Tag 2 friends with the contest hashtags:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu Contest starts on 3rd February 2023 and ends on 3rd March 2023, 11:59pm.

  2. The PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu! Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years old and above and currently residing in Peninsular Malaysia only.

  3. Categories of individuals who are not eligible to participate in the contest are as follows:

    1. All the employees (including any associated companies related), as well as their immediate family members; and
    2. All representatives, staff, workers, Advertising’s agent or Organiser of Promotion Service Providers (including all related companies), as well as their immediate family members.

  4. This contest is only valid on the official Facebook page of PUAZZ! Gardenia: https://www.facebook.com/PUAZZGardenia

  5. Participants must follow all 3 steps of HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu! Contest as stated above.

  6. Entries that are not clear / incomplete or / and do not comply with all terms & conditions will be disqualified.

  7. Each participant can submit more than one entry. But, only ONE entry will be evaluated and eligible to win prizes during the contest period, if selected.

  8. Eleven (11) winners will be selected during the contest period with a total cash prize of RM10,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand only). The cash prize that is eligible to be won by each of the winners are as below:

    1. 1 x Grand Prize Winner: RM5,000
    2. 10 x Consolation Prize Winners: RM500 per winner

  9. Announcement of the winner will be made in a separate posting on PUAZZ! Facebook page on the 13th March 2023.

  10. PUAZZ! Gardenia will select the winner based on the criteria below:

    1. The creativity of the participants sharing their stories/inspiration/goals.
    2. The number of words not exceeding the limit stated.
    3. Winners will also be selected at the discretion of PUAZZ! Gardenia.
    4. Each step listed should be followed as stated above. Please refer to HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu Contest for more information.

  11. The organizer reserves the right to obtain proof of participation as above and is not limited to HOW TO PARTICIPATE Step 1 - Step 3 for the selection of winners.

  12. Winners need to PM (Private Message) PUAZZ! Gardenia to provide the following information:

    1. Full Name (as per Malaysian Identification Card)
    2. Number & copy of Identity Card (As a security measure, please ensure the copy of Identity Card is cross and stated ‘For PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu Contest Use Only’)
    3. Contact Number
    4. Email Address
    5. Bank Name
    6. Bank Account Number

  13. The cash prize is non-transferable. Winners must provide bank information in their own name only. The cash prize will be made by "Online Transfer" within 14 working days.

  14. If PUAZZ! Gardenia did not receive any feedback on the required information from the selected winners within 2 working days after the contest announcement was made, PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the right to select a new winner as replacement.

  15. The judges' decision is final, conclusive and binding. No negotiations or correspondence will be entertained.

  16. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to vary, postpone, re-schedule, extend or terminate the “PUAZZ!-kan HidupMu! Contest”.

  17. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to change, amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  18. PUAZZ! Gardenia is not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of entering the Contest.

  19. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the right to use the names and photographs of winners for advertising purposes, commercial and publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation for such use.

  20. By joining the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this contest.

  21. By joining the Contest, participants acknowledge that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

  22. By participating in this contest, participants agree to provide permission to PUAZZ! Gardenia for processing purposes and also not limited to the use of your personal data for marketing activities regarding our latest products and offers along with any updating purposes required by us.
