HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Like and Follow PUAZZ! Gardenia Facebook & Instagram Page.

Step 2: Share your answer in the comment section of the contest posting between 12 noon-1pm only.

Step 3: Tag 2 friends and to include the contest hashtags: #PUAZZHour #SememangnyaPUAZZ #PUAZZ

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The #PUAZZHour Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years old and above, and currently residing in Peninsular Malaysia only.

  2. Categories of individuals who are not eligible to participate in the contest are as follows:
    1. All the employees (including any associated companies related), as well as their immediate family members; and
    2. All representatives, staff, workers, Advertising’s agency or Organizer of the Promotion Service Providers (including all related companies), as well as their immediate family members.

  3. This contest is only valid on the official Facebook and / or Instagram page of PUAZZ! Gardenia: https://www.facebook.com/PUAZZGardenia OR https://www.instagram.com/puazzgardenia/

  4. Participants must follow & complete all 3 steps of HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the #PUAZZHour Contest as stated above. Entries that are not clear / incomplete or / and do not comply with all terms & conditions will be disqualified.

  5. Each participant can submit more than one entry. But, only ONE entry will be evaluated and eligible to win the prize during the contest period, if selected.

  6. 20 winners will be selected during the contest period with a total cash prize of RM1,000 (Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand only). Each winner will win RM50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Only).
    1. 10x winners from Facebook
    2. 10x winners from Instagram

  7. Announcement of the winner will be made 3 working days after the contest has ended and it will be announced in the comment section of the contest posting on Facebook and Instagram.

  8. PUAZZ! Gardenia will select the winner based on the criteria below:
    1. The accuracy of answering the questions.
    2. Winners will also be selected at the discretion of PUAZZ! Gardenia
    3. Each step listed should be followed as stated above. Please refer to HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the #PUAZZHour Contest for more information.

  9. The organizer reserves the right to obtain proof of participation as above, and is not limited to HOW TO PARTICIPATE Step 1 - Step 3 for the selection of the winners.

  10. Winners need to PM (Private Message) PUAZZ! Gardenia within 2 working days after the winner announcement was made to provide the following information:
    1. Full Name (as per Malaysian Identification Card)
    2. Number & Copy of Identity Card (As a security measure, please ensure the Identity Card copy is cross and stated ‘For #PUAZZHour Contest Use Only’)
    3. Contact Number
    4. Email Address
    5. Bank Account Number
    6. Bank Name

  11. A cash prize of RM50.00 is non-transferable. Winners must provide bank information in their own name only. The cash prize will be made by "Online Transfer" within 14 working days.

  12. If PUAZZ! Gardenia did not receive any feedback on the required information from the selected winners within 2 working days after the announcement was made, PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the right to select a new winner as replacement.

  13. The judges' decision is final, conclusive and binding. No negotiations or correspondence will be entertained.

  14. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to vary, postpone, re-schedule, extend or terminate the “#PUAZZHour Contest”.

  15. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to change, amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  16. PUAZZ! Gardenia is not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of entering the Contest or after the contest period.

  17. PUAZZ! Gardenia reserves the right to use the names and photographs of the winners for advertising purposes, commercial, and publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation for such use.

  18. By joining the Contest, the participants agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this Contest.

  19. By joining the Contest, the participants acknowledged that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

  20. By participating in this Contest, the participants agreed to give permission to PUAZZ! Gardenia for processing purposes and also not limited to the use of your personal data for marketing activities regarding our latest products and offers along with any updating purposes required by us.
